Reporting a problem

A good report lets us reproduce the problem quickly. It helps to include:

• which tool you were using (the page address is enough);
• your browser and device — for example “Chrome on Android” or “Safari on iPhone”;
• what you expected and what happened instead, including any message shown on screen;
• the type and approximate size of the file.

Please do not send us sensitive files. The tools are built so that your documents never leave your device, and that should stay true when you ask for help. If a file is needed to reproduce a bug, a version with the private content removed works just as well.

Privacy questions

Questions about how the site handles data are answered in the privacy policy. Anything it does not cover can go to the same address.
