NeverUpload

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

The short version: the files you open in our tools never leave your device. Everything below explains, in detail, what does travel over the network when you use this site and why.

Your files

Every tool on NeverUpload runs inside your browser. When you add an image, PDF or spreadsheet, it is read into your device’s memory, processed there, and the result is handed back to you as a download. We do not receive, copy or store your files — there is no server on our side that could. When you close or reload the page, everything is discarded.

You can check this yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, go to the Network tab and run any tool. No request carries your file.

Code and components loaded from public CDNs

To work, the tools download open-source libraries — the PDF engine, the ZIP writer, the background-removal model — from public content delivery networks (cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net). Like any website request, these providers receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type. They never receive your files.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site performs: which pages are visited, from which country and on what kind of device. It runs with Google Consent Mode, and analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. In that state no analytics cookie is written to your device, and Google receives only cookieless signals used for aggregated statistics that do not identify you.

Where a consent message is shown to you, analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept, and you can change that choice at any time.

Advertising

The site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites on the internet. Ads have no access to your files.

Our own visit count

Besides Google Analytics, the site keeps a simple count of its own so we know which tools are useful. Each record holds only the page address (for example /pdf-to-excel/), the type of event (a visit, or a file delivered) and the time. It uses no cookie, stores no IP address and no identifier, and is switched off entirely if your browser sends “Do Not Track”. These counts are stored with our database provider, Supabase.

What we do not do

If you email us

If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply, and we do not add you to any list.

Your rights

Because we do not store personal data linked to you, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For data processed by Google, use the Google tools linked above. If you have any question about this policy, or want to exercise a right under the GDPR, the LGPD or similar laws, write to bitzen@bitzen.app.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
