NeverUpload

Terms of use

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of NeverUpload. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the service is

NeverUpload is a set of free tools — converting, compressing, merging and editing images, PDFs and spreadsheets — that run inside your browser. There is no account, no subscription and no file storage on our side: each tool reads your file into your device’s memory, processes it there, and hands you back a download. The exact mechanics are described in our privacy policy.

Your files remain yours

We do not receive, copy, store or claim any right over the files you process here. Nothing you run through a tool is transmitted to us, so there is nothing of yours for us to own, license or use. You are solely responsible for the files you choose to process and for having the right to process them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use NeverUpload to process or generate content that:

You also agree not to attempt to disrupt the site — for example by automated scraping at a volume that degrades it for others, or by trying to bypass any technical limit the tools apply.

The service is provided “as is”

The tools are offered free of charge, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that a conversion will be perfect, that the site will be available without interruption, or that it will be free of errors. A browser update, a change in a file format, or a library we depend on can all affect a result — which is also why the preview and the FAQ on each tool exist, so you can check a result before relying on it.

Third-party components

Several tools load open-source libraries from public content delivery networks (cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net) the first time they run — the engine that reads a PDF, for instance, or the model that removes a background. These run inside your browser alongside the rest of the page; your file is not sent to the CDN or to us. Details are in the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NeverUpload and whoever maintains it are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site — including lost data, a corrupted file, a decision made based on a result, or an interruption of the service. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer-protection or data-protection law that cannot be waived by contract, such as the GDPR or Brazil’s LGPD.

Advertising

The site is funded by advertising served through Google AdSense. Ads are served by Google and its partners under their own terms, and we have no control over the content of a specific ad shown to you. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies are handled.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
